HOW LONG WILL ORDER PROCESSING TAKE?
Orders typically take up to 7 days to process before they ship – excluding weekends and holidays. During Holidays processing times may take up to 3 weeks.
On occasions where the Item in an Order is Out of Stock, Processing time will need to include Restocking Procedures. This may take an additional 7-14 days depending on the Demand on the Item.
HOW LONG IS THE SHIPPING TIME ?
U.S orders will be shipped via USPS and International Orders will be shipped depending on the fulfillment center the product is from and the Destination Country.
- Average Transit Times to United States: 7 - 15 Business days
- Average Transit Times to United Kingdom: 5 - 10 Business days
- Average Transit Times to Canada / Australia: 8- 15 Business days
- Average Transit Times to New Zealand: 8 - 15 Business days
Most orders will be delivered in: 2 - 4 weeks.
In case of unaccountable circumstances (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause shipping postponements. we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company.
For international Shipments, shipping time may also be affected by the Destination Country's Custom holding the package(s) for International Import Inspection . How long this Process may take depends on various Factors which we can not control.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS STILL NOT DELIVERED ?
No Worries. We have a 60 Days Delivery Guaranteed Policy to protect our Customers!.
WHAT IS THE 60 DAYS DELIVERY GUARANTEED POLICY?
If your Order is still not Delivered after 60 days, counting from the Date of Shipment ( Processing Time not Counted ), our 60 DAYS DELIVERY GUARANTEED Policy will apply, which will have the following effects:
- You will be refunded the Full Paid Amount of the Item that has not been Delivered after the Delivery Guaranteed Deadline.
- Any item received after this period will be considered a consolation gift for our Customer, hence will be Free of Charge.
- You will not need to return the item when it arrives after getting refunded.
To be eligible for the 60 DAYS DELIVERY GUARANTEED Policy, you will have to match the following conditions:
- You have Contacted us and informed us about the Delivery Status of your Item.
- We have confirmed the Delivery Status of your Item with you via our Customer Support Services, and informed you about the 60 Days Delivery Policy Deadline.
- You MUST NOT have filed any Claims, or Disputes, or Complaints with either Paypal, or with your Credit Card Issuer. If you fail to match this Condition, you have acknowledged that you have Forfeited your Eligibility for the 60 Days Delivery Guaranteed Policy.
WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER?
In most cases, we will send you a confirmation email including the tracking numbers of your order. Make sure you provide the correct email address and most importantly correct Shipping Address.
After receiving the Tracking number, you may track your order directly from our store or use an external website of your choice.
However, for international orders and high demand items,especially in regulated countries, other shipping services might be required which will not guarantee a tracking number.
We, Vivian's Paradise, will do our best to ensure that your order is delivered in the fastest manner possible. We assure customers that in the case of shipment loss and/or damage, we will refund and/or resend accordingly.
WHAT COURIER WILL BE USED FOR THE DELIVERY ?
For the United States: Most Regular US delivery services that can be tracked using US-tracking website or directly from our website and ensure the fasted delivery time will be used.
For other countries: Depends on each country. Tracking number availability might vary.
I ORDERED MORE THAN 1 ITEM, AND I HAVE ONLY RECEIVED ONE ITEM, WHY IS THAT?
We do our best to reduce cost on your end so that you don't have to pay high taxes/premiums to get your items ! If you place an order with us for multiple items it is more than likely going to be shipped in more than one package. Please allow some time for all of your items to arrive.
DO I HAVE TO PAY ANY TARIFFS OR CUSTOM TAX ON THE PRODUCTS?
We as a Seller do cover all of our taxes and most of our customers will only pay what was labelled without being charged with any extra tax.
However, in certain states and areas, Buyers taxes might be charged according to Local Laws and/or state law etc. This we can not cover.
I PLACED AN ORDER BUT DID NOT RECEIVED A CONFIRMATION EMAIL. WHY?
Please make sure your email is correct when you place an order. Kindly check your SPAM folder to see if your confirmation email was sent there. WHAT IF I AM NOT HOME DURING THE DELIVERY?
Anyone at home can receive the package on behalf of the customer. Usually the postman will leave a collection slip if nobody is at home and you may collect your parcel at your nearest post office.
I WANT TO CHANGE MY ORDER / ADDRESS, CAN I?
Though we highly encourage you double check your selections and addresses prior to placing an order, we fully understand that mistakes can be made.
Orders are processed the same day they are placed. During this time, Buyers have a 24 hours minimum period where any changes and/or cancellations, refunds can be made for certain.
If a change needs to be made to your order please contact us at sales@vivianparadise As Soon As Possible and we will do our best to accommodate that change.
However, after the initial 24 hours period, changes, cancellations, refunds MAY be possible if the product(s) have not been shipped yet. After the product(s) is sent out, we can not make any changes, cancellations and/or refunds.
In that case, after receiving the item, if you still wish to replace the product(s),you may send them back to our manufracturer and we will process the replacement upon their arrival. You will have to cover all the shipping costs.
WHY AM I GETTING $9999 SHIPPING RATE?
This could be a result of your shipping address.
Some products may not be available to be shipped into your country.
It is meant to deter people from ordering products that cannot be shipped to the respective country.
